I Make sure to Moisturize My hair and mostly the Ends! because they are more sensitive to breakage!

I also believe that keeping your scalp clean heals in hair growth! so i co-wash os often as is needed and wash 1nce a week.

I dont forget my Pre-poo and Protein Egg treatment that helps my hair & prevent it from Breakage!

Just taking care of it.Keeping moisture and protein balance and lot's of DCing.I do protective styles every once in a while when i don't want my hair to rub on my shoulders or whenever exercising Smile

Low heat-no heat usage whenever possible (that's most of the time).I'm really surprised with my hair it seams that I've got 1 inch in about 3 weeks. Wink

Generally my new growth is not one inch (is less) so i'm really trying to find out if it's is miscalculation .But it seams that it isn't i don't know where that inch came from maybe i can't see the growth especially in the back because it's almost straight.Anyway the only thing i did is do the above things i mention then i applied a Hair Energizing Tonic ampule my sis bought for me to stop some of the shedding i had (i used it for exatly 2 weeks), and scalp massages ..nothing special.But i can really see an improvement on my hair since i stared taking care of it (ex. more shiny,smooth ends) but i have to take care of the little breakage,and split ends i have also.That's all.Hope it makes sense. multicolorflower
