Ok, my current regime is deep conditioned twice a week with Tressemme Remoisture Conditioner and pure coconut oil. I think I will start doing it 2/3 times overnight. After each DC'ing I spary Elasta QP leavin and seal with pure coconut oil and glycerine and water. I am hoping ot try Neutrogena Triple Moisture Silk-Tuch Leavein along with my other leave-ins, since I can't find a good hair butter.

I don't shampoo that often maybe once every two or three weeks. I co-wash any days between my DC'ings. I will be buying a clarifing shampoo soon so I will be clarifying once a onth or as my hair needs.

I am currently slightly pass SL and I am hoping that I can be full APL by next year Aug '09. I am not sure if it will work since I hae always been SL, like all my life.

My regime is as follows:

I pre-poo with EVOO, coconut oil, and Paul Mitchell Repair Treatment conditioner for an hr
I shampoo with Paul Mitchell Moisture shampoo, and DC with Emergencia and Silicon Mix for half an hr
I then condition with Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree Oil and rollerset
I then flat iron roots with coconut oil, wrap, and tie with satin scarf
