I believe that when you are in a relationship, you should always take time out for yourself. Take time out and go see a movie, shopping with girlfriends, have a spa day, etc. Even if you don't have the money or time to go to the spa there are some inexpensive ways to to have a mini spa day at home. If you would like more info. on that let me know. I believe at times we focus on our mate and other people and not ourselves. I believe this very important to maintain your sanity and just keep that balance in your life. So Ladies!!! take time out for yourselves, and you will see how much of a difference it will make in your lives. Smoochezzzzzz
